Laura first started pole dancing in 2013 and has been addicted to pole since her first lesson! The passion for aerial hasn't stopped there and she is also qualified as a aerial hoop instructor, Aerial Sling and a qualified kids aerial instructor.
As well as teaching, Laura regularly performs in studio showcases and has competed and placed 2nd in the Pole Princess Professional category and placed 2nd in the Doubles category in The All Ireland Pole Dance Championships in 2023 with my pole doubles partner and instructor Tessa.
Laura loves the diversity and different styles that pole and hoop offers and welcomes the challenges it brings to enhance students strength and flexibility.
Laura enjoys watching her students develop and fall in love with pole, hoop and aerial sling as she has done and is so happy inspiring and helping students build confidence to achieve their pole goals.

Jayne says:-
I work full time, a busy mum of 2 and not forgetting my fur babies; my cat and donkey sized German shepherd... Life can be very full on, but for this reason I'm so thankful that I found a passion for pole! I first started pole a little over 13 years ago and immediately loved it. I had always wanted to work on my fitness and exercise but could never stay motivated and engaged to stay at a gym or exercise class, until i started pole classes as a student and I absolutely loved it. It creates a community like no other both in the class and studio attended but also discovering the wider pole community is great.
I entered my first competition way back in 2016, becoming a finalist in the all Ireland pole dance championship which I never would have imagined I would have had the confidence to do had it not been for stepping foot into the studio!
I have taken a few breaks between moving house, having 2 lovely babies and every so often while life just got a little bit lifey, but pole has always been something I've gravitated back to and always felt so thankful that I did. It really is a form of self care for me, something that I look forward to each week. It makes me have so much appreciation for my body and I'm amazed at the skills I've learnt over the years.
I decided to become qualified to teach and completed this in 2023 during my maternity leave with my second baby, I have absolutely loved it ever since. It brings a completely knew perspective to how I previously viewed the skill. I am the biggest hype girl for my students because I see the effort everyone puts in each week and can see their confidence grow - it's absolutely amazing.
If I had a quote to share with all my fellow aerials and soon to be aerials, it would be from the words of mama Ru Paul 'if you don't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else' For me that's what it's all about having love, appreciation and celebrating ourselves 🖤
